Born in the Midwest, raised in Africa, then back to California as a young man.  Andrei's first exposure to the joy of photography started with the gift of his grandfather's old Kodak Instamatic camera at age seven.  This childhood fascination sparked an interest that led to his studies in Film and Electronic Arts. 
 
Andrei's lifelong passion has fueled a 20+ year career in television production as a Camera Operator, Director of Photography and Director.  His career has spanned projects from documentary, competition food, music reality, fashion, commercials and scripted narrative.  His diverse cross-disiplinary experience had been united by an artistic approach, to documenting people, stories, and projects with dynamic imagery. 
 
Thriving in team environments with passionate creatives Andrei's outgoing personality, artistic eye, and technical knowledge provides proven leadership on set making him am an effective liaison between producers, technical crew, and talent.   He looks forward to the opportunity of collaborating together.
